Interpreting involves one person facilitating spoken communication between two individuals who do not speak a common language.

Various types of interpreting are shown below
Consecutive interpreting
When the speaker pauses, the interpreter translates what has been said. The speaker usually pauses after one or two sentences to allow for a translation. Communication works both ways and the individuals take turns to speak. The interpreter remains neutral and impartial.
Simultaneous interpreting
This is carried out simultaneously with a delay of a few words between the speaker and the interpreter. Simultaneous interpreting is normally one-way communication and requires some technical equipment such as booths, headsets etc. We can arrange the whole event, including booking premises and making sure the technical equipment is working for the session.
Telephone interpreting
This is a form of interpreting which is preferable when interpreting services are needed urgently or if interpreting is needed in a more uncommon language where the interpreter would need to travel a long way and the travel costs would dramatically increase the total cost of the interpreting service.
